| Seer Fish, red chilli, coconut oil, shallots,ginger,garlic,coriander,green chilli,tomato puree,salt,extract of garcinia,mustard,fenugreek and turmeric. |

Method 1
Heat the pouch inside microwave oven for 45 seconds. Cut pouch open, transfer to a plate and serve hot.
Method 2
Immerse pouch in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Cut pouch open, transfer to a plate and serve hot.
Method 3
Cut pouch open, transfer contents into a frying pan. Heat for 3-4 minutes. Keep stirring. Serve hot. |
